The Chef returns with a heavyweight statement that draws deeply on experience, craft and timeless fundamentals and comes three decades into a career built on razor-sharp storytelling and impeccable taste. Despite his now venerated status as a veteran, Raekwon shows no signs of slowing here as The Emperor's New Clothes is exactly the record you'd hope to hear from him - gritty, luxurious and lyrically precise, laden with street wisdom accumulated over decades in every bar. Production from Nottz, Swizz Beatz and J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League brings a hard-hitting backdrop while a guest list of Nas, Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck and Griselda brings lashings of authentic hip-hop chemistry.
